The Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino High School shall be a proactive institution of learning committing itself towards the task of molding Benignians to become well-rounded citizens of our country: sensitive to the needs of the community where they belong and responsive to the call of academic, technological, spiritual and moral formation, by providing them the arena to explore and develop their talents and abilities to the fullest; to believe in the dignity of oneself; to appreciate the fine and noble things in life; and to acknowledge moral values with utmost importance.
